Yun Lab studies the mechanisms of cancer development and maintenance, specifically focusing on blood cancers driven by aberrations in oncogenes, tumor suppressors, and chromosomal abnormalities. We use in vitro, in vivo models including transgenic mouse models and multi-omic approaches to identify new therapeutic strategies and validate our findings in clinical samples and patients data.
